Delivery & Refund Policy

Delivery of Goods

1. Delivery of the Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in its order.

2. HUROM MALAYSIA has the right at any time to sub-contract all or any of its obligations for the sale/delivery of the Goods to any other party as it may from time to time decide without giving notice of the same to the Buyer.

3. Date quoted for delivery of the Goods are approximate only and delays may occur. The time for delivery shall not be of the essence, and HUROM MALAYSIA shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or performance howsoever caused.

4. When order is confirmed, it will be processed & shipped out within 2-3 working days. Buyer will receive a notification email together with tracking details.



Return, Refund and Replacement of Goods

1. All Goods sold on the Platform is covered under the HUROM MALAYSIA 7 Days Easy Returns depending on the Goods sold. Buyer may initiate the returns process by communicating with HUROM MALAYSIA through the Platform.

2. Buyer shall ensure that the purchased Goods is returned to HUROM MALAYSIA or Seller within 7 calendar days from the date buyer received the goods.

3. Buyer may only apply for return/replacement of the purchased Goods under the following circumstances:
  • Goods delivered to Buyer is defective.
  • Goods delivered to Buyer is damaged during delivery.
  • Goods delivered to Buyer does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) stipulated in the order and Such other circumstances which may be prescribed by HUROM MALAYSIA on the Platform.
4. Return goods must be sent to below address:

5. In event that Buyer is unable to resolve the dispute, HUROM MALAYSIA reserves the right to suggest and implement an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.
